The Young Talent programmes
University is finished and it’s time to start your career. Wintershall Dea offers special trainee programs which graduates can embark on right away. Graduates from engineering and technical studies gather practical experience in operational business at international locations as part of the two-year SPEAD programme. For graduates with a business administration or economics degree we offer practical on the job-training programmes 18-months in the field of Finance, Procurement and Information Management.

Wintershall Dea offers excellent opportunities for students to earn experience putting their theory into practice in a professional environment. Through summer internships and support for master’s theses, Wintershall Dea provides an invaluable stepping stone into the professional world. During internships, students will get to know the E&P divisions and non-technical areas of the company.
