Human Rights Account of due diligence
We aim to be an attractive employer, reliable partner and good neighbour.

Respecting human rights
Respect for human rights is an important part of our social and corporate responsibility and we strive to act in compliance with internationally acknowledged human rights standards, as well as key labour and social standards. These include the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the OECD Guidelines for Multi-national Enterprises, the ILO core labour standards and the Tripartite Declaration of Principles concerning Multinational Enterprises and Social Policy. As a member of the UN Global Compact, we support the ten universal principles, the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. We are guided by them in drafting our internal regulations and organising our processes.
