BU Norway legal merger December 1st
After a lengthy process, all approvals are finally in place for the legal merger for BU Norway. December 1st will be the date when Wintershall Norge and DEA Norge become Wintershall Dea Norge.
“This is an important and awaited milestone for BU Norway. Thank you to everyone involved in making this happen”, says Alv Solheim, managing director of BU Norway.
The legal merger is the time when all organizational changes will be implemented. Over the next couple of weeks there will be given information on what this milestone will mean for the staff in Norway.
“We have been working together for several months already. Actually the two companies moved together in Stavanger in June. During this time, it has been encouraging to see how well employees from the two organisations have worked together, and I am looking very much forward to the rest of our journey now when we are implementing the new organization and deliver on our future Business Plan”, said Solheim.
